ITS PICTURE TIME!!!! Aug 28th (MONDAY) 2017

ONLINE ORDER FORM:  Below is a link to our online order form for those that wish to pay via credit card ahead of time.

NOTE:  If your order online please make sure you tell your child to get an individual photo before the team photo!  
You can give your child the online receipt or have your child give the photographers their name when getting their photo taken!

TEAM PHOTO DAY PROCESS:
1.  Check in at the STLDIGITAL Table when you arrive.  
2.  Fill out the order form ahead of time or fill out an order form at the STLDIGITAL Table if you want to order pictures.  
3.  Pay for pictures at the STLDIGITAL Table.  (STLDIGITAL will mark your form paid)  
4.  Please be sure to put your TEAM NAME and GRADE on your order form.
5.  Go get your Individual Picture Taken!  Please do not wait around for your whole team to show up!  We would like to take individual photos right away. 
6.  After you have your individual photo complete gather with your team. 
7.  Once your whole team is present we will take your team photo.

IF YOUR PLAYER USES A RESCUE INHALER: Please obtain a spare inhaler and leave it with the coaches so there is always one available for practices and games.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE: Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6pm – 8pm at Remington Field

SATURDAY, AUGUST 26thFirst Official Game is at Parkway Central at 11 amPlayers need to be there by 9:57 am.

ALL PLAYERS NEED TO BRING WATER BOTTLES TO PRACTICE. If your player does not have one, please let us know.

Fundraisers

SAVE THE DATE: JR Pirates Football and Spirit are holding a TRIVIA NIGHT

DATE AND TIME: October 14th, 2017, 7 pm, doors open at 6 pm.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES: Sell tickets at home games, make and bring bake sale items, work at the event (set-up and clean-up, registration table, selling raffle tickets, running bake sale, selling mulligans, trivia assistant, etc.)

WHAT WE ARE ASKING FOR FROM PARENTS: Ask your workplace if they can donate to our cause. This can be in the form of a monetary donation, promotional items that can be either silent auction or door prizes, or food items for our “bake sale”. This is currently a “bring your own beverage” event, however if we could get water, soda, lemonade, etc. donated from a local merchant, that can change. All donated items can be brought to practice and given to Amy or James Burnett to store until the event. All companies who donate will be included on the sponsor list posted around the venue and on handouts for each table.

WHAT WE NEED FROM EACH TEAM: A themed basket for the silent auction table. Each team needs to come up with a theme and pull items together for their basket.

All SILENT AUCTION and DOOR PRIZE donations need to be provided by the end of practice on Thursday, October 5th. BAKE SALE items are to be brought to the venue after 5pm.

IF YOU WANT TO HELP: Volunteer meeting THURSDAY, SEPTERMBER 14th6 PM AT REMINGTON FIELD (during practice). There will be a follow-up/loose-ends meeting on Thursday, October 5th to finalize plans and organize donations received.
